Returns Policy

Delivery

We aim to post orders of items that are in stock as soon as the order is received, so you should receive
your purchase between 3-5 working days. All orders under £65 are sent normal First Class, while orders above £65 are sent with Special
Delivery (tracked). Postage is free in the UK.

We strive to keep the online store up to date with all the products in stock. However, although
availability is indicated on the site, we cannot always guarantee product availability and items may not be able for immediate delivery. This is particularly true now that all the designs are limited. In this case,
you will be notified by email, and be given a number of options on how to proceed.

If you do not receive your order because you gave an incorrect/incomplete address, or something else out of the control of Clee Clothing,
unfortunately we are not liable for it as we fulfilled our obligations as seller by sending the item to the address given.
If we receive an address through PayPal which is labelled ‘Unconfirmed’, we will email you to confirm the address, and won’t post the item until given confirmation.

International Delivery

We do international delivery,
although it may take longer than 3-5 working days. International delivery rates
are: £7 regardless of numbers of items purchased.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment. You can cancel your order (for refund or exchange) within 14 days of delivery. Any item(s) can be returned for an exchange with 14 days of delivery, if it qualifies under the following terms: The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt if given.
 Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange or refund is not refundable. You will have to pay for postage to return the item to us. However, we will not charge any extra in posting the new item to you in the case of an exchange. International exchanges can be made, however postage costs will have to be covered by the customer.


Please do not return any
goods for a Refund or Exchange unless you qualify under all the above terms and
conditions.

Please note that when you
place your order you are accepting the above refund policy. We do not offer refunds other than in exceptional circumstances.
