Returns Policy
Delivery
We aim to post orders of
items that are in stock as soon as the order is received, so you should receive
your purchase between 3-5 working days. All orders under £65 are sent with
Recorded Delivery (signed for), while orders above £65 are sent with Special
Delivery (tracked). Postage is fixed at £5 on any number of garments.
We strive to keep the
online store up to date with all the products in stock. However, although
availability is indicated on the site, we cannot always guarantee product
availability and items may not be able for immediate delivery. In this case,
you will be notified by email, and be given a number of options on how to
proceed.
International Delivery
We do international delivery,
although it may take longer than 3-5 working days. International delivery rates
are:
Within the EU - £10
Rest of the World - £20
Refund/Exchange Policy
Do not remove tags or
dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment.
You can cancel your order
(for refund or exchange) within 14 days of delivery.
Any item(s) can be returned
for an exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:
The item(s) must be unworn
and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original
packaging and the receipt if given.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded
delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for
returning goods for exchange or refund is not refundable.
You will have to pay for
postage to return the item to us. However, we will not charge any extra in
posting the new item to you in the case of an exchange.
Please do not return any
goods for a Refund or Exchange unless you qualify under all the above terms and
conditions, as we will be unable to process the refund.
Please allow up to 14
working days for your account to be credited with the refund from the day of
cancellation/refund.
